If you want to change a renewal offer after you've created and approved it, you can edit the offer—even if you've already sent a renewal offer email.
Step 1:- In Entrata, go to Residents >> Renewals.
Step 2:
- Click the name of a resident who has a renewal status of Renewal Offer: Started. This opens the Renewal Profile.
- If you need help finding a particular resident, you can either use the Search bar in the top-right corner of your environment, or you can access the filter by clicking the filter icon in the sidebar.
Step 3:
- In the Renewal Offer Details section, click Edit Offer(s) to open the Edit Offer screen.
Step 4:
- Review the offer and make any necessary changes, then click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the screen. The Renewal Offer updates to reflect these changes.
Step 5:
- After saving changes, you can send the renewal offer by navigating to the Renewal Offer Details section in the Resident Profile and clicking Email Offer(s).
