Flagging a Non-Renewal

If you do not want to renew a resident's lease, you may flag the resident to keep them from being included in future renewals.

Step 1 : 

• In Entrata, go to Residents >> All Residents.

Step 2: 

• Click the name of a resident.
  • In the Resident Profile, click the Lease tab and the Summary subtab.
• In the top-right corner of the Lease Information section, click Edit.

Step 3: 

• In the Renewal Status drop-down, select Non-Renewable.
• Click Save. The resident can no longer be extended renewal offers.
