Marking a Lease as Countersigned

Once a signed and countersigned lease is uploaded to Entrata, you still need to mark it as countersigned in the system. This effectively approves the uploaded lease.

1. In Entrata, go to Dashboard >> My Dashboard >> Approvals >> Documents. The Lease Packets sidetab is selected by default.
2. In-line with an applicant whose lease was uploaded, click Countersign. The Approve & Sign Lease window opens and indicates that the lease has been instantly approved.
