      Reversing Lease Approval

      If you discover errors in an approved lease, you can reverse the approval and generate a new lease, even if the applicant and property have already signed and countersigned.

      1. In Entrata, go to Leads >> All Leads.
        1.  If your property separates leads from applicants, go to Applicants >> All Applicants instead.
      2. Click on the name of a lead with the status Lease: Approved.
        1. Using the Leads Filter
          You can use the Leads Filter if you're having trouble locating a future lead.
          • Click the filter icon   in the sidebar to open the Leads Filter window.
          • Click the drop-down arrow next to Status, and select Lease to expand a list of all lease statuses.
          • From the expanded list, select the checkbox next to Approved.
      3. In the Lead Profile, click the More Actions drop-down and select Reverse Lease Approval. This reverts the lead status back to Lease: Completed.
