In the below article you will find how to navigate through the Policy Partner software and how to search.
- The Home Page is where you will find all the current Berger Manuals. On this page you are able to access each manual by clicking on the blue hyperlinks.
- Once you have clicked on the desired manual, a new screen will appear called the "Table of Contents" for that specific manual.
- Within the Table of Contents you are able to sort the name of the contents within alphabetic order. Click on the blue hyper link for the desired policy to review.
- Once you are in the desired policy and would like to access the Table of Contents again, simply click the blue Manual Name as shown below.
- Another way to search items within Policy Partners is by searching in the box "Advanced Search".
- Type in the item you are looking to search. Use the tips below to help narrow your search results!
Searching Tips:

- Search with Quotations ("")
- When searching multiple words, such as Guest Card add quotations to search that term. For example, "Guest Card". If you do not use the quotations then the system will search for Guest and Card separately and you will find articles that have to do with Credit Cards for example.
- Search with an Asterix (*)
- When searching a word such as Tour, add an asterix to have the system search for multiple variations of the word. For example, tour* will search for tour, tours, touring, etc.
