The following are instructions on what to do in the event a screening comes back with the conditions of Verify Identity only.
In the event a resident is returned as verify identity this is most likely due to a Fraud Alert on their credit file. The goal of this alert is to verify that the applicant is who they say they are. To do this, Entrata implemented the Fraud Alert with the Conditional Approval workflow. Applicants who come back with only a Fraud Alert will only be required to complete the 'Verify Identity' condition.
If you receive this condition the Berger requirement is to verify their identity by receiving a copy of their photo identification as well as a copy of a bill with their name on it.
Upon visual verification you can override the application to approved with the notes, visually verified identification and one bill with the applicant's name matching.
